Wine Extract

The skin-beneficial ingredients that are widely extracted from red wine are polyphenols, specifically Resveratrol. Resveratrol offers protection against free radicals, which contributes to forming fine lines, wrinkles, and pigmentations. The wine extracts that are used in skincare products are fermented, which naturally produces Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHA) that help with the exfoliation process.

Rubus Fruticosus (Blackberry) Fruit Extract

Blackberry Fruit Extract contains an enormous amount of Anthocyanins (powerful antioxidants) that help suppress wrinkle formation. It also has anti-inflammatory properties that help reduce redness and irritation on the skin.

Rubus Idaeus (Raspberry) Fruit Extract

Raspberry fruit contains a complex array of antioxidants, including ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), glutathione, quercetin, and Vitamin E. Raspberry is one of the only fruits which naturally produces salicylic acid, which is a favorite ingredient of Korean skincare products for treating acne-prone skin. With careful use of sun protection on a daily basis, products with Raspberry can restore the collagen production for the skin elasticity and firmness.

Glycolic Acid AHA

Glycolic Acid AHA, typically derived from sugar cane, belongs to the Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) family. Due to its small molecular size, it can penetrate into the deep layer of the skin to clear out dead skin cells and debris that clog pores and stimulates collagen production. The good thing about Glycolic Acid AHA is that it is suitable for almost all skin types, except for very sensitive skin due to possible irritation from the exfoliation process of the ingredient.

After double cleansing, take one pad and slip your fingers into the pouch sleeves of the peeling pad. Make sure that the criss-crossed gauze side (rough side) is facing down. Apply it across your dry face and neck in gentle, circular motions, working your way up to your forehead.

Next, flip the pad to the soft, quilted side and swipe it across the face to pick up the remaining debris. After usage, throw away the used pad. Rinse off your face with lukewarm water.  

Follow up this step with the remaining steps of your skincare routine. Use it twice a week or as needed.

Returns and limitation on opened product

We are so sorry if you were not happy with your new products. We want you to enjoy your experience with Meekah and our curated K-beauty as much as possible, which is why we are here to help.

We only accept the new and unused item with its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We cannot accept used products for return.

The right to return products expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. This means that products should be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

Return shipping is at the expense of the customer and shipping label can be generated for the convenience of our customers.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please send us an email at [email protected] with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged item. We will be happy to help you!

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to Meekah GmbH c/o Hai Nguyen Mau Stallschreiberstr. 32A, 10179 Berlin, Germany.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
