Liquid Paraffin

Liquid Paraffin acts as a humectant to the skin. It attracts and traps moisture to skin, while enhancing the natural barrier of the skin. It also has moisture retaining proponents, which helps regenerate damage to complexion through UV rays and external stressors. In other words, Liquid Paraffin gives skin a protective layer and hydrates it deeply.

Betaine Salicylate BHA

Betaine Salicylate is a fatty acid derived from sugar beet plant. It occurs naturally in the skin and is widely used as skin-soothing agent. It is gentle on the skin while improving skin tone and texture. Unlike AHA, BHA is an oil-soluble exfoliator that can penetrate into deeper layer of the skin to help remove the uppermost layer of the epidermis. The removal of damaged skin cells encourages the growth of new and healthy skin cells. Moreover, BHA helps to improve acne by exfoliating from the deeper layer of the skin while reducing blackheads.

White Willow Bark

White Willow Bark is a great active ingredient, that combats acne. It contains salicylic acid, which treats the inflammation of blemishes, while acting as an exfoliator that gently removes dead skin cells. It is also packed with antioxidants, which treats redness and excess sebum in clogged pores. White Willow Bark is an ideal addition suitable for all skin types. Its exfoliating property helps with dry patches, while also controlling oily areas. Moreover, being gentle to the skin, sensitive skin types benefit from White Willow Bark as well.

After cleansing steps, gently pat face dry. Do not apply skin care treatments, like essence or moisturizer just yet. Choose a patch, which is slightly bigger than problem area and remove from protective film. Apply onto blemish and softly press down edges to help with adherence. After patch turns white, which is caused by absorption of infection, gently remove horizontally, to prevent any damage to wound. If gentle removal is not possible, then soften patch with some warm water. Regularly replace healing patch if needed.

Returns and limitation on opened product

We are so sorry if you were not happy with your new products. We want you to enjoy your experience with Meekah and our curated K-beauty as much as possible, which is why we are here to help.

We only accept the new and unused item with its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We cannot accept used products for return.

The right to return products expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. This means that products should be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

Return shipping is at the expense of the customer and shipping label can be generated for the convenience of our customers.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please send us an email at [email protected] with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged item. We will be happy to help you!

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to Meekah GmbH c/o Hai Nguyen Mau Stallschreiberstr. 32A, 10179 Berlin, Germany.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
