Rosa Damascena Flower Water

Rosa Damascena flower extract contains a complex array of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, which nourishes hydration for dry skin. It is used for treating acne-prone skin while its anti-inflammatory properties calm irritated skin. The rose extract can also help refine skin texture.

Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Water

Witch Hazel can be found in the post-cleanser toning step in a skincare routine for its tightening and toning properties. Not only it has properties as toning the skin, but it also has anti-inflammatory properties to help reduce skin irritations. It also helps control skin oil production, making it a great ingredient for oily, acne-prone skin.

Carica Papaya (Papaya) Fruit Water

Papaya fruit water is an excellent source of vitamins A, B1, B2, and C. Vitamin A and Papain enzyme from papaya water helps remove the dead skin cells and inactive proteins. In other words, it helps to rejuvenate the skin while keeping the hydration of the skin. Due to its Vitamin C component, papaya water can also be used for reducing redness and blemishes.

Pour an adequate amount of beauty water on a cotton pad and gently swipe across the face. You can use beauty water as: 

1. As a toner - Follow up right after cleansing 
2. As a cleanser - Instead of washing your face with water cleanser in the morning, you can use the beauty water for cleansing your face. It’s more gentle and you don’t need to follow up with toner afterward. 
3. As a facial mist - Fill the beauty water in a small spray bottle for refreshing your skin throughout the day. 
4. As a gentle exfoliator - You may replace your exfoliation step with the beauty water. The willow bark extract and papaya extract helps exfoliate the skin gently by removing excess dead skin cells. 

**Not recommended to take off your makeup only with the beauty water. Beauty water is not equivalent to micellar water. It can only cleanse your water-based debris, such as sweat, dirt, and dust, but not oil-based products. **

Returns and limitation on opened product

We are so sorry if you were not happy with your new products. We want you to enjoy your experience with Meekah and our curated K-beauty as much as possible, which is why we are here to help.

We only accept the new and unused item with its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We cannot accept used products for return.

The right to return products expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. This means that products should be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

Return shipping is at the expense of the customer and shipping label can be generated for the convenience of our customers.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please send us an email at [email protected] with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged item. We will be happy to help you!

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to Meekah GmbH c/o Hai Nguyen Mau Stallschreiberstr. 32A, 10179 Berlin, Germany.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
