Astragalus Membranaceus Root Extract (Mongolian Milkvetch Extract)

This active ingredient is rich in minerals and vitamins, which help repair damaged skin. It soaks in deeply into the skin and refines the complexion. Astragalus Membranaceus Root Extract (Mongolian Milkvetch Extract) strengthens the skin barrier and prevents further damage from external stressors and factors. Dull skin is turned into radiant skin and enhances collagen production. In other words, it reduces visible signs of aging and restores the natural balance of healthy and firm skin.  

Arginine

Arginine is a powerful ingredient, which on the one hand reduces the appearance of aging and on the other hand enhances collagen production. Irritated skin is restored, while anti-bacterial components combat environmental stressors.

After cleansing, apply a light amount of the toner to a cotton pad or your palm and pat into skin to help absorption. If needed, lightly build up toner by layering multiple times to calm dry, irritated skin down. To further keep irritation at bay, store toner prior in the fridge or soak cotton pads up and apply as concentrated “sheet mask” to problem areas.

Returns and limitation on opened product

We are so sorry if you were not happy with your new products. We want you to enjoy your experience with Meekah and our curated K-beauty as much as possible, which is why we are here to help.

We only accept the new and unused item with its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We cannot accept used products for return.

The right to return products expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery. This means that products should be unused and in its original, unopened packaging.

Return shipping is at the expense of the customer and shipping label can be generated for the convenience of our customers.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please send us an email at [email protected] with your order number, full name and an image of the damaged item. We will be happy to help you!

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to Meekah GmbH c/o Hai Nguyen Mau Stallschreiberstr. 32A, 10179 Berlin, Germany.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
