Yes! We certainly do free standard shipping for all domestic orders (within Germany) for all orders over 50 EUR.
Please note that free shipping is only applied after discount codes have been submitted; and your subtotal remains above 50 EUR.
We process and ship out all orders on Monday through Friday, not including public holidays. Orders with standard shipping will usually be fulfilled and shipped the next day. We are trying our best to make you satisfied.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.

We use DHL as our partner courier service. Orders with standard shipping will usually take 3-7 business days from the day it ships to arrive to its final destination.

Shipping within Europe
Absolutely! Meekah ships to the following countries:
Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, and Switzerland.
We hop to add more countries to this list as we continue to expand.
All orders from other European countries are shipped with DHL courier.
The EU shipping takes between 10-15 business days. We do not offer express shipping for EU region at this time. EU shipping rate is a flat rate of 16 Euros.
Your package may be subject to customs fees calculated by, and paid to your local government. Meekah is not responsible for customs fees or duty taxes.
Cancellation, Returns, Missing Items & Damages
Meekah cannot provide with an order alteration once it has been placed. This includes adding or removing any items in the order, or changing shipping method.

We are so sorry that you were not happy with your new products. We want you to enjoy your experience with Meekah and our curated K-beauty as much as possible, which is why we are here to help.
We only accept the new and unused item with its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We cannot accept used products for return.
*Please note that single-use products are eligible for return only if it is unused and in its original packaging. This includes sheet masks, rubber masks, and bubble mesh masks.
Return shipping is at the expense of the customer and shipping label can be generated for the convenience of our customers.
Please do remember to put your name and the order number to prevent any delays.
Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges on any of our products.

Meekah offers all first-time buyers 10% off their first purchase when you sign up to our mailing list located at the bottom of our website. You will receive an email with a link for 10% code within 48 hours of signing up.
Meekah is happy to offer e-gift cards, that you can purchase on our website and email to your desired recipient. Gift cards are electronic and they are not physical items. You cannot redeem your points for discounts towards the purchase of an e-gift card.
Meekah does not offer gift wrapping at the time being. However, you can request for a gift receipt without pricing or payment information. You can also request for personalized message from you to include in the package.

Nope, you do not necessarily need to have all 10-steps for your routine. Following the 10-step is optional and it's personal choice. You know what's best for your skin better than anyone else. Yes, it is true that Korean women are dedicated to their skincare and love in layering technique. It is also true that they do 10, 12, 20 steps skincare for their flawless skin. However, it doesn't necessarily mean that you should follow exactly what they do. You should choose what works best for your unique skin. The use of exclusively Korean products is a personal preference and it's optional. You can include some essential products that will make a dramatic difference in your skin health to your existing routine as a starter and then gradually incorporate additional steps to your routine.

It would be more effective if you could include a photo of yourself under a good lighting for us to access your skin better. On some cases, Phyu might even offer video consultation to better understand your needs and concerns for a better recommendation.

Although the outer packaging could be a little feminine, the ingredients and formulas are not gender-specific, age-specific or ethnicity-specific. Korean skincare is meant for skin, in general and there is no specification above that comes with any of our products.
